Fernando and Sam played a tough match at the Penmar Courts on 4/6/11. It was neck and neck for the first 6 games, until Fernando began to pull ahead, mainly due to some fantastical drop shots. Fernando’s return to form after his embarrassing losing streak was too much for Sam to handle, and was defeated 6-4.
Fernando is now 6-2 against Sam.

Fernando obliterated Sam at the Penmar courts on 3/6/11. Sam’s mind must have been as murky as the early morning fog, as he lost the first 4 games in a row without much contest. While Fernando’s serves weren’t quite as awake yet, he was able to hit consistently and embarrass Sam in front of the other Santa Monica locals with a final score of 6-1.
